Henry, together with his brother Frank, founded Little League Equipment Sales Ltd in 1997. Henry chose to leave the business in 2011 to pursue other interests. At this time Elmroc Ltd. was established as a farming enterprise. In 2019, the cattle were sold and all the farmland was rented out. In the spring of 2020, Henry’s son Dexter joined Elmroc to bring it to another level.

Since a young boy, Dexter has always shown an interest in farming. After completing one year of Agri-Business at Assiniboine Community College, he decided school wasn’t for him and started to sell off fence posts and unneeded machinery on the farm. After selling off this machinery, Dexter started to look for more machinery to sell. This newfound passion has brought together other opportunities, such as becoming a dealer for Ashland, K-Tec, Poettinger and now BearClaw and LandLuvr.

Elmroc is a family-owned and operated business. We desire to continue to grow our business to service the farming community with affordable new and used farm machinery. Our future plans for the business continue to evolve. We are excited to be able to sell and rent out quality earthmovers and land levelers.

We are currently in the process of setting up our business along the south side of the highway at MacGregor MB.
